    The Hidden Tea Room is a fabulous place to celebrate your bridal shower, baby shower, birthday or special occasion. Our tables will be set with vintage tea cups and beautiful china, fresh flowers, and linens. With our customizable menu, lovely ambiance, and dedicated staff, your next event will be a celebration to remember.

  • pricing

    Our beautiful tea room or tea garden can be reserved for 2 or 3 hours for $350 or $450. Additional fees will be added based on the menu selection, priced per person. The room rental fee is required to reserve the date for your special day. This fee can be paid in person or over the phone with our party booking specialist.

    The space rental of $350 is 50% refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the event. Space rental fee is not refundable if cancelling within one week of the event.

  • Guest Count

    Private parties require a 15 guest minimum and 24 guest maximum (18 guest maximum if on the outdoor patio which opens May-October of each year, weather permitting). Children, if attending, must be included in guest count for accurate seating. We do not have high chairs or booster seats available.

    The final guest count must be given 72 hours in advance and the menu portion of the bill can be charged prior to or on the day of the event.

  • Policies

    You may bring your own alcoholic beverages (wine/champagne/etc) but THTR staff is not allowed to handle or serve it. You must provide your own alcohol mixers (such as juice for mimosas), cups, ice, and all serving utensils. THTR will not provide any services related to alcohol.

    Outside cake/cupcakes are permitted, and includes display, cutting and serving. Other outside food is not allowed.

    No confetti or tape allowed for private events, and all decorations must be confined to tabletops. Weighted/free-standing balloons are permitted within reason to space.

 Available Private party times are:

  • Saturday 10-12 pm or 2-4 pm

  • Sunday 10-12 pm or 1-3 pm.
